Patrick Williams is the owner and head chef of Soul Food. He "always wanted to be chef" and has worked with the likes of Marco Pierre White and Richard Neat. Patrick combines his love for modern British food but with a Caribbean twist to create dishes that are "both incredibly versatile yet familiar".
