Shellseekers is a Fish Monger in the heart of Borough Market, who also sells poultry and game. Employees have a very helpful and upbeat nature, making purchasing from here an easy and pleasant experience (even looking at that dead monk fish).
Darren Brown used to scallop dive for fun, and then that hobby turned into the great business that is Shellseekers. With his team, he drives to the Devon coast to collect his highly prized fish & seafood which has made it's way into the UK's best kitchens. All of their stock is substantially caught - Darren even shoots some of the game himself. This is a truly hardworking business, which shows through their established respect in the Borough Market community.
